Privacy policy

What we store

• Device ID — a random-looking identifier generated by the app (not your hardware MAC address), with the app version, device model and the date you first opened the app (for the free trial).
• Playlists you upload through this portal — name, URL, username and password. URLs and logins are encrypted at rest and only delivered to the device they were sent to. They are never shown on this website.
• Licence and payment records — plan, dates and the payment provider's reference. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Crash reports (only if enabled in the build you installed) — the error, app version and device model, sent to our crash-reporting service. They contain no personal data: stream addresses and logins are removed before sending.

What we don't store

Playlists added directly on the device stay on the device. We don't track what you watch, and we don't sell data.

Your choices

Remove uploaded playlists any time on the Manage page. Lock your Device ID in the app to require a PIN for changes. To delete all data for a device, contact us with its Device ID.
